Rocker OZZY OSBOURNE's son JACK is building a compound for himself and friends to live in the Hollywood Hills.
The reality TV star has put his Beverly Hills home on the market for $1.4 million (GBP778,000) and moved into a new pad, which he's planning to turn into a "mini-compound" according to his realtor.
