Kylie Minogue is taking her obsession with golf to a new level - she wants to design a range of stylish clothes to wear on the course.

The Spinning Around hitmaker fell in love with the sport when she started playing with boyfriend Andres Velencoso earlier this year (09).

And Minogue admits it has widened her circle of friends - because she keeps meeting fellow golf-crazy stars.

She tells Britain's Glamour magazine, "Never in a million years would I have dreamed I'd end up golfing, but it's so much fun. It's challenging and I've had many lessons. But it's addictive. It's been great to do that with Andres. And there are a lot of people you'd be surprised play golf. I met the Kings Of Leon, and Nathan, the drummer, said, 'Me and my girl love to play golf.' It's like a network."

And the singer, who has her own fragrance and homeware lines, now plans to add to her growing portfolio with a golf-based fashion range: "Maybe I need to get into designing golfwear, because let me tell you, it's not easy to look good on the golf course."
