BLUNT DELIGHTED BY 'MOST ANNOYING' ACCOLADE

British pop star James Blunt is delighted his hit You're Beautiful has been voted the most irritating song of all time and insists the accolade is a "huge honour".
The singer's debut song hit the number one spot in 11 countries upon its release in 2005, but was named most irritating by website OnePoll.com last month (Jun07).
However, Blunt is adamant he doesn't find the criticism offensive.
He says, "It's a huge honour to be recognised in this way. I am not going to take offence at the result of the poll - unless of course I came second.
"That would be desperately offensive."
