Actress Angie Everhart is a free woman again after paying up fees she owed for a 2008 drink driving fine.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on Tuesday (14Apr09) after she failed to appear in a Los Angeles court to pay a fine last week (06Apr09).
As a result, a judge issued a bench warrant for the star's arrest, and revoked her probation.
The 39 year old was arrested in April last year (08) after failing a sobriety test in Los Angeles. She was charged with one count of driving under the influence.
But, according to website PerezHilton.com, Everhart has now paid the fees she owed.
